One reschedule is permitted free of charge, for any reason. Additional reschedules will be billed at $100 each time, and new appt date must be confirmed within 72 hours of cancellation or session will be forfeited. This item can be transferred if necessary, but expires on May 31, 2015. Due to the nature of this promotional offer, no refunds or exchanges are permitted.
