This is a little bit personal but if you have been following me for a while you may know that we lost our oldest daughter due to brain cancer. Well, we started this week with a somber anniversary. Last Sunday was one year since Ava passed away. Our emotions hit us very hard that day. We decided to have a low key day. We had her favorite meal and brought her pink roses. It was the first time M spoke to her at her grave, which was super sweet. She told her how much fun she had trick or treating and that she missed her. We all miss her so much. You can read more about Ava’s story on the blog I kept for her here.
The rest of the week was spent entertaining M. We went to the park and had ice cream, twice! Then the weather changed drastically so we had a pj day. It was the perfect way to end the week.
Come back next week for another 365 post!
