I can not even tell you how much I enjoyed this session with the “B” family! I attend MOPs (a moms group) with mom and I was so excited when she inquired about updating her family photos. She told me it had been years since their last session so I knew how important it was to preserve these fleeting moments for them. We always hear kids grow up too fast and that is because they do!
I met the “B” family in Sylvania. I love shooting there because it is such a unique little town. Our session date ended up being the same day as a festival so we stayed away from main street and just played back by the creek. There were some planes flying above and the boys were telling me it was Dusty. It took me a while to realize that was from the movie “Planes”. I have a girl so I should get a pass on that one. 😉 We did family photos first. The family cuddled and sang me the sweetest song. Then we did the boy’s portraits. Big brother told me all about super mario brothers and little brother and I explored for leaves. At the end of the session we threw rocks into the creek and dad was showing the boys how to skip them. Mom even got in on the action!
I had such a great time getting to know this family better and I am so lucky they chose me as their photographer.
