A Year of Stories – Two Haircuts

Miss M has been asking for months to cut her hair.  She didn’t just want a trim but she wanted a lot cut off so she could donate it to kids with cancer. We were so proud of her and how she wanted to give back. This being her second haircut; we wanted to make sure she would be okay with such a big change. We let her hair grow a little bit longer before planning her cut. We had to have at least a 12 inch donation!  She ended up cutting off about 13 inches and loved every minute of it.  She talked and talked while getting her cut and had the stylist laughing so hard. There was lots of giggling and later that day all we heard from her was how much she loved her new haircut.  We are super excited to send off her hair donation to Wigs for Kids!

Little Man on the other hand, hated every second of his first haircut.  I had a feeling it would go that way for him. Thank goodness for a fast stylist!
