Harbortown RV Resort
Last summer, we went camping at Harbortown RV Resort in Monroe Michigan. We hadn’t been camping in years and never with kids. It was my first staying at a campground and I was pleasantly surprised at how many activities there were for the kids to enjoy. They did crafts, visited a petting zoo, rode go carts and got to run and swim. It was a blast for everyone! I hope we can go back again this year. You can see more from our camping trip, here.

Before & After
Our campsite backed up to a big field that got the prettiest evening light. The first night we were there, M was playing with her cousins. I noticed how she had her lovely stuffed down her romper. I quickly took this image that focused on that connection. Looking at this photo now, I don’t think I was paying attention to my settings. The before image is too dark. In ACR, I adjusted exposure almost a whole stop! Then I moved the contrast slider up and the highlights down. I also added just a bit of clarity. I finished by adding a small vignette.
