Indiana Summer

Military life brings you all over the country to many new cities and states. One plus to all the moving is the friendships you form. We first met this family in 2013. Our girls were close in age, our husbands got along and us ladies could be real with each other. All of those factors are important in adult friendships and finding this family to connect with was a blessing to us. We quickly became “sister” families and spent lots of free time together. We were all a little heartbroken when they moved away from Texas to a different duty station. Lucky for all of us, we are now closer to each other and they graciously invite us to their family’s farm when they are visiting Indiana. This place is a little piece of heaven for the kids. They get to run free, explore the woods, play with horses and do whatever else their little hearts dream up. These few days together were so special for us all.
