Maumee Bay State Park – March Letter to My Daughter

 I am really glad I was asked to participate in this monthly blog circle that focuses on my daughter.  Each month I write a special letter to Myla and share some photos (of course!).

Dear Myla,

I am having a mini freak out about your 4th birthday.  It has snuck on me so fast!  I love being able to celebrate another year of watching you grow.  Each birthday we celebrate is such a blessing!

You amaze me each day with your creativity.  You get lost inside your own world of make believe and puppy dogs.  You spend hours playing with your stuffed dogs.  You put them in the “kennel” and make me adopt them.  Your favorite dog goes with you everywhere.  You are more of a tom boy and keep insisting that we go camping, something mommy doesn’t love but I will do it for you.  Last week we went to the lake to play (a.k.a photo stalk you) and you spent the whole time chucking rocks into the water.  You have a great throwing arm!  A few times you splashed both of us by picking up a huge rock to throw in there.  You thought that was hilarious!

Each day you amaze me with your kind heart and how much love to chose to give to me.  I am so lucky to me your mommy.  Happy 4th Birthday M!
