Has this been a long winter for you? As much as we have enjoyed the snow and cuddling inside, we are feeling the itch for spring weather. One of the first signs in our yard are these big puddles that cover our yard. I’m usually steering the kids out of the puddles, but they always seem to end up in them anyway. On this night, it was warm (enough) for them to jump and splash to their hearts content. I have to admit they surprised me at just how wet they got and how much water collected in their boots. But their joy and excitement made it all worth it. Sometimes you just gotta say YES!
