A Year of Stories – The Box is Better
You know the old saying that kids love playing with boxes a toy comes in better than the actual toy? Well, that is true in this house. Every time we go to Costco, Miss M is planning how she will use the extra boxes as garages for her doll house, or a dog bed for her stuffed animals, or tunnels to crawl under. They lucked out this day when the doorbell rang and there was a huge package. She quickly claimed the big box and dragged it upstairs. It became a secret hideout and they each took turns climbing in and out. They have been claiming all the boxes we have been receiving and their imaginations have been stretched playing with them ever since.
