At home with Baby Soli

I first met these two expecting parents at their maternity session. I fell in love with their home and cute little nursery.But I also fell for the joy they felt when they talked about welcoming their little girl. Baby Soli is so loved by her mom and dad! We started the session in Soli’s pastel nursery. All the soft colors and cute little touches by mom made the nursery feel so cozy and warm. My favorite decor piece was the cute mobile. I mean, really?!? It is just adorable! Mom was able to get in some cuddles and smiles before a quick feeding. And then we brought on more cuddling!

Newborn lifestyle sessions are so laid back and meeting baby Soli was no different. I think parents are pleasantly surprised that they get the chance to just love on their new baby while I document all those sweet connections and newborn baby details. Like all the baby bottles drying next to the sink or those tiny newborn eye lashes. These are the things that can easily slip out of your mind as your child grows but images like this will take you right back to those first few weeks at home with them.
