Cynthia is a Perrysburg Studio Newborn Photographer. She photographs on-location candid and emotive photography while serving the Toledo, Sylvania, Maumee, Holland, Perrysburg, Oregon, and Northwest Ohio areas. Cynthia is available for maternity, newborn, baby, children, and family portraits and lifestyle photo sessions. She often loves exploring the greater Toledo area with her clients. She is also available for lifestyle studio sessions at her downtown Toledo studio.

What’s one of the things that can hold you back from booking a photo session?

Planning your wardrobe. I know this can be exhausting, especially if you have a bigger family or just aren’t sure what will photograph well or even where to shop for photo-worthy pieces.

I’ve got you! One service I have been offering clients is one-on-one styling. I really love creating different looks for you and taking away some of the pre-session stress you might be feeling.

How does it work?

The styling process is super easy! I ask you a couple of questions about your family, the vibe you are looking for, and everyone’s sizes. Then I find pieces that fit your criteria, keeping in mind the time of year and colors at the location we have decided on.

Next, I set up a quick 15-20 minute zoom call to go over the options with you. I walk you through why I chose certain pieces, and how to include patterns and textures, and we discuss any questions you might have. I love this time for us to “meet” before your session so we can get to know each other a little bit too.

After our call, I send you the look you were most drawn to and you shop those pieces directly or use the storyboard as inspiration when shopping your closet or finding new items.

Can you show me an example?

Yes! This is an example of one of the “looks” I put together for a family of 4 for a lifestyle newborn session in my downtown Toledo studio. We kept the tones neutral with lots of brown and cream since warm tones photograph really beautifully in that space. Mom, daughter, and baby are all wearing pieces from my client closet (which is growing!).

Mom’s dress is from ZeBuBeYou and fits sizes S-L, including maternity. I love their dresses for photos. The movement is always amazing and the adjustable sizes make them perfect for so many body types. The daughter’s dress is from Joyfolie. They have great options for girls and women. They also have really good sales, including 50%. Dad’s shirt is from the Buckle and baby’s overalls are from Target. This is how their looks came together and the images we created.
