A Year of Stories – Bedtime Dreaming

It seems like it has been raining and cloudy for weeks.  I know the sun has popped out a few times but not as much as I crave.  This evening I was walking back into the room after putting her brother to bed when I noticed her.  She was waiting for me to read her a story and to pass the time she decided to breath on the window so she could write love. I have adored finding her little notes on most of our glass surfaces and since the sun was illuminating her so beautifully, I didn’t rush bedtime.  As she was writing and gazing out the window, she spotted a wishing flower.  She asked if she could make a wish.  I didn’t say no.
