Glowing at 32 weeks

When I was pregnant with my 3rd baby I decided to have a maternity session done. I had never had maternity photos taken but decided to go for it, even though my belly was HUGE and I felt like the biggest pregnant woman ever!

The last trimester can be a hard time for some pregnant women. Your body isn’t your own anymore and is changing everyday. Growing a new life is incredible but at the same time you can feel removed from yourself. The reflection in the mirror is just so different than what you are used to seeing!

When I saw the images from my session, I was surprised! I was in awe of the beauty I saw staring back at me. My photographer gave me such a gift. She showed me myself in a way I didn’t notice. She showed me just how beautiful my changing body was and the connection I already felt to my child. They say a photo is worth 1000 words and in those moments, every word running through my head was positive and uplifting.

This is the feeling I hope to give to my pregnant clients. One of strength and pure beauty.
