When I first began photographing client sessions, there was a particular type of session that always made me incredibly nervous. Can you guess which one? It was whenever there was a tween or teenager in the family. I think I was so anxious around this age group because I didnโt have much experience capturing their moments in front of the camera.
If you hear the word glamorous and Fergie pops into your brain then we might be thinking the same thing right now. But if you are wondering how to feel that way during your maternity session, then I got you!
I know for some of us, pregnancy is NOT glamorous BUT it is my goal when you view the images from your session with me to absolutely see that you are!
When you have little kids, you never know how they will act. Will they embarrass you by calling you out for pooping in the public bathroom (donโt ask me if this has ever happened to me) or act like a little angel?
I never go into a session thinking your kids are not going to act like kids.
Are you tired of BAD photos with your kids?
As a mom/photographer who is not always willing or forgets to hand over her camera so I can actually be in the photos, I have learned a few tricks that have helped me and I want to share them with you.
When we were scheduling this session, mom was originally going to come alone but last minute she realized she would be bringing her son. So glad she did because I love the photos of him giving his brother and sister so much love!
