When you have little kids, you never know how they will act. Will they embarrass you by calling you out for pooping in the public bathroom (don’t ask me if this has ever happened to me) or act like a little angel?
I never go into a session thinking your kids are not going to act like kids.
Are you tired of BAD photos with your kids?
As a mom/photographer who is not always willing or forgets to hand over her camera so I can actually be in the photos, I have learned a few tricks that have helped me and I want to share them with you.
The unpredictable behavior of your kids may be the biggest reason you don’t want to schedule a photo session. It can be nerve-wracking to put the time, energy, and money into family photos only to have your little one not want to cooperate. I’m here to tell you it’s okay!
These are the type of moments I’m always striving to capture with my clients. When we love and play together, that means amazing images!
Some days we need a reminder that motherhood is beautiful. Too often, we can be found wiping a dirty butt, cleaning mushed food stuck in the carpet, and looking like a hot mess. On the days when the messes keep coming and we haven’t been able to shower or brush our teeth, we need to know there is beauty within our story.
