Aย mommy and me photo sessionย is an opportunity to freeze time and celebrate the unique bond between aย mother and her child. These sessions are all about capturing the tender moments that define your relationshipโwhether youโre holding your newborn, playing with your toddler, or enjoying quiet time with your child.
This family will go down in history around here because they were the first people I got to photograph in my new studio downtown! This was such a fun session and Iโm grateful for their kindness becauseโฆ
This session was my first outdoor session of 2022 and I have to say Iโm blown away by the images we were able to create. I love when families decide to include the whole family in a maternity session. There is something so special about photographing everyoneโs bond with each other and the new baby.
Hereโs a little secretโฆI used to be scared of photographing tweens. There was something about kids that were a bit older than mine. I was worried about how to make sure they felt comfortable in front of the camera and honestly I was unsure how to do that.
One question I often get asked is, how do I find my locations? It takes A LOT of scouting to find places to take clients. We are so lucky that the Toledo area has so many wonderful Metroparks. There are so many hidden gems within them and the best way to discover them is to get out there and search.
