You’ve booked your maternity session and now comes the big question: what to wear for maternity photos?
She wasn’t sure she needed maternity photos. After all, she’d done this before—pregnancy, birth, the newborn phase. But this time was different.
One of the things I love most about maternity sessions is the focus on connection between you and your spouse.
When my husband was in the army, there was a saying that he was told a lot. It was “hurry up and wait”. This reminds me of how it feels to be expecting your first baby.
What’s one of the things that can hold you back from booking a photo session?
Planning your wardrobe. I know this can be exhausting, especially if you have a bigger family or just aren’t sure what will photograph well or even where to shop for photo-worthy pieces.
This session was my first outdoor session of 2022 and I have to say I’m blown away by the images we were able to create. I love when families decide to include the whole family in a maternity session. There is something so special about photographing everyone’s bond with each other and the new baby.
