She wasnโt sure she needed maternity photos. After all, sheโd done this beforeโpregnancy, birth, the newborn phase. But this time was different.
One of the things I love most about maternity sessions is the focus on connection between you and your spouse.
When my husband was in the army, there was a saying that he was told a lot. It was โhurry up and waitโ. This reminds me of how it feels to be expecting your first baby.

Planning your wardrobe. I know this can be exhausting, especially if you have a bigger family or just arenโt sure what will photograph well or even where to shop for photo-worthy pieces.
This session was my first outdoor session of 2022 and I have to say Iโm blown away by the images we were able to create. I love when families decide to include the whole family in a maternity session. There is something so special about photographing everyoneโs bond with each other and the new baby.
