I mean, how lucky am I that I get to do this?!?

I get to photograph the way your little one looks up at you with those big sweet eyes. The way your kids pile on top of each other for a hug (even if they were arguing five minutes earlier 😂).

All these little things you see every day but might not think twice about.

Maumee Bay is always a favorite, and I think it’s one of those spots people forget about in the fall.⁠

The grass gets long, the beach is quiet and there’s plenty of room for the kids to explore while we hang out by the water.⁠

It’s just as good in October as it is in July. 🥰

Happy 12th Birthday to my boy!! 🥳⁠

He is officially taller than me now (by one inch!) and still the most inquisitive child I’ve ever met. I swear this kid always has a question about something. 😂⁠

We are SO close to having two teenagers, and I truly cannot wrap my brain around it. I feel like we were just in the toddler trenches! Everyone says it goes so fast because it truly DOES! ⁠

I sure do love getting to watch this kid grow up. 💛 Any guesses how much taller he'll be than me on his next birthday?!?
